Pressure Washing
Bright Path Pressure Washing
Service-area landing page with before-and-after work, clear pricing ranges, and a quote form on every screen.
Orlando & Central Florida
Modern, fast, professionally built websites for small businesses in Orlando and Central Florida — without agency prices or technical headaches.
The problem
Most small-business owners I talk to are in one of a few situations:
You've meant to get one up for a while, but building it yourself means learning tools you'll never use again.
It was fine when it went up. Now it looks dated, loads slowly, or doesn't work well on a phone.
Your listings bring in work, but there's nowhere to send someone who wants to see what you actually do.
Domains, hosting, DNS, SSL, forms, updates — it works until it doesn't, and then it's your problem.
I handle the technical side from start to finish. You stay focused on running your business, and your website simply works.
What you get
No add-on menu to decipher. Every site I build starts with all of this included.
Clean, professional layouts designed to build trust and work well on every screen.
Sites that look and work great on phones, where many local customers will find you.
Lightweight sites built with modern web technology instead of bloated page builders.
Connected to your Google Business Profile and built the way search engines expect, so you're easy to find.
Make it easy for customers to call, email, or request an estimate in a couple of taps.
Hosting, SSL, maintenance, and routine technical upkeep handled for you.
Pricing
You know roughly what you'd be spending before you ever get in touch. Once we've talked through what your site needs, you'll get a firm number in writing — and never an invoice you didn't agree to.
Same website, same care service either way. We'll settle on the one that fits your cash flow when we talk.
A one-time setup fee, split in half — part to begin, part when the site is approved and ready to launch.
Nothing to pay to get started. The cost of the build is spread across your first six months, then your rate drops to standard Website Care.
Bigger jobs are quoted separately — major redesigns, significant new functionality, new pages beyond the original scope, and larger ongoing marketing work. You'll always get a price before any of that starts. Introductory pricing.
Your domain is registered in your name and your content is yours. The monthly care plan covers hosting, maintenance, and support — not ownership. If you ever move on, you'll get the finished site to take with you, and help pointing your domain wherever it's going.
If you spread the cost of the build over six months, your site becomes fully portable once that initial commitment has been met.
How it works
You describe the business. I handle the rest.
A short conversation about your services, your customers, your branding, and what you want the site to do.
Design, development, mobile optimization, and setup — all handled on my end. You'll see it before anyone else does.
Review the finished site, ask for final adjustments, and I take care of the launch.
You don't need to know anything technical. If you can describe what your business does, that's enough to get started.
Example work
Someone finds you on their phone, in a hurry, comparing you against two other companies. These layouts are built for that moment.
Pressure Washing
Service-area landing page with before-and-after work, clear pricing ranges, and a quote form on every screen.
Local Moving
Straightforward site built around one job: getting a homeowner to request a moving estimate in under a minute.
Pool Screen Repair
Repair-focused layout with service breakdowns, a photo gallery, and click-to-call sized for a phone in the driveway.
These are example sites built to show design and build quality. They're demonstrations, not real client work.
Why Evermind
Evermind Web Design is run by a professional software engineer in Central Florida. When you hire me, you work directly with the person who designs and builds your website — start to finish.
No account managers passing messages along. No work sent overseas. No process you need a translator for. You email me, and I answer.
This isn't a knock on Squarespace, Wix, or WordPress — they're good tools, and plenty of people do fine with them. The point is that you shouldn't have to spend your evenings becoming a website expert to have a website that looks the part.
The person you talk to is the person building your site.
Professional software development, applied to a small-business budget.
Based in Central Florida, working with businesses nearby.
A clear range up front, and a firm number before any work starts.
Local
I work with businesses in and around Orlando — Winter Park, Kissimmee, Sanford, Apopka, Oviedo, and the communities in between. Being local means a real conversation about your business instead of a support ticket in another time zone.
If your business isn't on this list, that's fine — most local service businesses need the same things from a website.
FAQ
If yours isn't here, just ask — I'll give you a straight answer.
Most small-business sites come together fairly quickly once I have your content and business details. The honest answer is that the timeline depends more on how fast information and feedback come back than on the build itself. I'll give you a realistic estimate up front and keep you posted.
Not from scratch. I can organize and draft the copy based on what you tell me about your business, your services, and your customers. You review everything and approve the final content before it goes live.
Yes. If you already own a domain, I'll connect it to your new site. If you don't have one yet, I'll help you get one registered.
Yes. Rebuilding an outdated site is a big part of what I do. We'll keep what's working — your content, your branding, your domain — and replace the rest.
Yes, as part of the monthly Website Care plan. That covers hosting, SSL, and the ongoing technical upkeep, so there's no separate hosting bill to manage.
Hosting, SSL, routine technical maintenance, basic uptime monitoring, and reasonable small content updates — changing hours, swapping photos, updating a service or a phone number. Substantial redesigns, new pages, and custom functionality are separate projects, and I'll quote those before any work starts.
Yes — and I'll claim one for you if you don't have it yet. I go through the profile properly: business name, address, phone, hours, categories, services, and photos, all matching your new site so the two tell the same story. That's groundwork Google looks for, and for a lot of local businesses the profile brings in more calls than the website does. I'll set up analytics and Search Console at the same time, so you can actually see what's working.
No, and I'd be skeptical of anyone who does. Your site will be built on sound technical SEO fundamentals — fast pages, clean semantic markup, proper metadata, and local-business structure — but search rankings depend on many factors outside anyone's control.
You keep your website. If you paid the setup fee, it's yours from launch. If you spread the build cost over six months, you have that same portability once those six months are complete. Either way you'll get your content, your images, and the finished site, plus help moving your domain. The details are spelled out in the service agreement — the short version is you're not locked in because I happen to host it.
It lets you spread the cost of building the website over six months instead of paying a setup fee upfront. After the first six months, the monthly rate drops to the standard Website Care price.
